Care Guide

Good care helps footwear keep its shape, finish and comfort for longer. Always follow any care instructions supplied with your specific pair.

Everyday care

Remove loose dust after wear with a soft, dry brush or cloth. Rotate pairs when possible and allow moisture to air out before wearing again. Untie laces before removing shoes to protect the heel structure.

Leather and coated uppers

Wipe gently with a barely damp cloth and allow to dry naturally. Apply a small amount of suitable neutral or colour-matched conditioner only after testing on an inconspicuous area. Avoid soaking and strong household cleaners.

Suede and nubuck

Use a dedicated suede brush on dry footwear, brushing lightly in one direction. Blot moisture without rubbing. Use only products specifically intended for suede or nubuck and test them first.

Fabric, mesh and sneakers

Remove laces and surface dirt, then spot-clean with a soft cloth or brush and mild diluted soap. Do not machine wash unless the product instructions expressly allow it. Rinse residue with a clean damp cloth.

Drying and storage

Never dry footwear against a heater, with a hair dryer or in harsh direct sunlight. Stuff lightly with plain paper to absorb moisture and preserve shape. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place away from prolonged sunlight.

Soles, insoles and odour

Clean soles with a soft brush and damp cloth. If removable, air insoles separately. Let the entire pair dry fully before storage. Avoid bleach, solvents and abrasive tools.
